20 HOUR SERVICE

Remove/Replace Engine Oil, Oil Filter, Lower Unit Gear Oil, Grease Prop Shaft, Grease all Lubrication Points, Full Engine Inspection, Spray Engine with Silicone Protectant, Paint Skeg if Needed.

ANNUAL SERVICES

Remove/Replace Engine Oil, Oil Filter, Spark Plugs, Fuel Element Filter, Internal Anodes (If Necessary), Impeller/Gaskets/Cup, Lower Unit Gear Oil, Remove/Replace Fuel/Water Separator, Grease Prop Shaft, Grease all Lubrication Points, Inspect Battery Condition and Connections. Clean any Corrosion off Exterior of Engine Block. Paint Skeg, Full Engine Inspection.

INJECTOR CLEANING

Remove Injector Rail and Injectors. Place in Sonic Bath. Remove/Replace Screen and Filter. Flow Test Injectors. Reinstall Injector Rail and Injectors.

DIAGNOSTIC ENGINE SCAN

MECHANICAL INSPECTION

Full Systems Check Including: Lights,Pumps, Switches, Load Test Batteries, Compression, Electronics, Fluids, Filters, Prop/Prop Shaft Inspection, Wiring, Includes Diagnostic Engine Scan.
